Global Selling Startup Monthly Share: Offline Events, Preparing New Content, Trying to Recruit People, Being Cut as Leeks
跨境电商双周会归来!更深入、更多元!看看我一个月都会做什么,看了就等于创了!

First, Let's Talk About Strategy and Direction
As the opening of this series, let me first talk to everyone about the overall direction of my startup this year. Around the end of last year, I roughly figured out some plans for this year and long-term, so after having some sense of direction, I can have very specific execution strategies, and will constantly remind myself to speed up actions and execute solidly. (Although I still often get lazy and avoid.)
Before this, I was actually in a state of "I'll just try it casually."
Roughly This Year's Direction and Energy Distribution:
1) Community Upgrade (30%)
Continuously improve Max and Lite communities. There are too many things worth doing that have value. This year, I plan to focus on two major strategic directions:
- Improve User Connection Depth (whether between me and users, or between users and users), specific forms include offline events, online live streaming, trying to digitize the community (make a web h5 community);
- Continuously Improve Product Value: Create systematic courses, continuously iterate dry goods content.
Currently, I've held two events; initially determined a platform product solution, just waiting for execution and landing; systematic course planning first set is Shopify 0-1, dry goods content is continuously iterating.

2) New Content (30%)
On the traffic side, I hope to create a brand new content IP to get more precise audience and potential customer groups, with certain differentiation from my current content. And with the incubation of new content and traffic, I also need to think about monetization products for new content. (Such as community products, service products, etc.)
Currently, I've recorded 5 episodes of content, but due to the well-known tariff issue, we may adjust the publishing strategy.
3) Global Selling Independent Station Service System (30%)
Try to create competitive and differentiated service content for global selling, foreign entity establishment, station building, agency operations, etc., solutions to problems that may appear in the chain.
To be honest, this is the simplest but also most difficult direction for me. Simple because this business direction is too logical for me, fans and readers trust me to do related services. But actually, I'm most restrained in this aspect, because as a real independent station entrepreneur, and as someone who used to work on both sides of client and vendor and understands them quite well, I know too much about the various awkwardness in multiple perspectives. Perhaps out of a kind of "the more you understand it, the more you feel awe," or perhaps just pure cowardice.
Anyway, I just dare not make attempts. So far, I only have 2 (actually equivalent to 1) monetization services, which is company entity establishment, this extremely standardized delivery service.
However, I need to slowly step out of my comfort zone. My strategy is very simple: screen customers, first slowly adapt to the role identity of a service provider.

Then Let's Talk About Specific Execution
What actions have I taken this month, and what are the gains?
1) Held two events, the third one is recruiting.
The value of events I've already given in a previous sharing: 4 Days Meeting 30 Global Selling Practitioners, I Extracted 15 Insights. 7000-Word Warning.
2) As business developed, registered domestic public account, consulted relevant tax filing matters, and found declaration service, 360 a year, quite cheap, will share when good to use.
3) Started trying to recruit people...
This step might be a casual matter for many people, but for me, the psychological pressure is really huge. I'm really too used to doing things personally myself. Anyway, just force myself to do it.
4) Tried some deep cooperation relationships.
If hiring employment relationship is okay to measure and solve with money directly. Then deep cooperation relationships make me more awkward and internally conflicted. But currently, I'm forcing myself to try difficultly.
First is deep content cooperation (currently in progress), second is global selling business deep cooperation (established cooperation long ago, but still in progress), third is gradually looking for service and plugin deep cooperation relationships, no clue.
5) When I realize my ability is weak and my circle is weak, besides forcing myself to execute and practice.
I also try to expand circles and learn. I recently tried to join the most famous product in the knowledge payment circle, 3000+ annual fee. I observed for a long time. I have to say, with my own growth, I really found that this product does have a set.
But this kind of behavior, even if placed a month ago, I would have scoffed at it. I think this is growth. Growth isn't that you become strong at a certain moment. Growth is that you suddenly realize yourself that there are some aspects you're really not good at, and you have to accept and find ways to find people, find methods, find knowledge systems to help you make up for it.
6) With deep exchanges offline, online, and with some group friends, I firmly believe that my two years of content persistence is not wrong.
So you can see that in the past two months, I haven't let content quality decline because I'm too busy. Instead, I force myself to do deeper content, constantly 5k+ characters (although I don't think character count represents content quality).
But I'm clearly aware that my content attracts the right people.
7) I started trying face-revealing videos and face-revealing live streaming.
Must persist. For this, I was also forced to restart the weight loss journey.
