Personal IP is not "oversaturated"—on the contrary, it will become increasingly precious and valuable with the rise of AI.

In today's social media cyber-garbage landfill, efficient information and polished jokes are not as valuable as authentic and three-dimensional personal images.

The person themselves is the biggest, most irreplaceable, and most tool-resistant differentiator.

At first, I thought the value of a community lay in the community founder. Later, I realized that the true value of a community lies in its members. Understanding this, I finally grasped the logic of "mastermind groups."

The community founder's role is more about how to drive community members, how to establish the community's underlying values, thereby forming a community cohesion and consensus that collectively enhances the community's value.

This was an important learning from the Web3/NFT era that amazed me to the point of trembling. On one hand, I marveled at the cohesion of various blue-chip NFT communities and DAOs. On the other hand, as a crude person, I initially took it for granted that community members were only driven by token value. But that's not the case. Now, it's not just learning—it's entering practice.

To summarize in a cringeworthy sentence: The community founder's real importance lies in how to empower community members.

Sharing information gaps and practical tutorials is empowerment; providing bridges for value exchange between community members is even more so. The former anyone can do and copy; the latter requires strong personal influence and trust.

Global Selling

You just need to do everything possible to reduce the variables that exist and that you can change—what remains is certainty. As your capabilities and resources improve, the variables you can artificially reduce increase, and the remaining certainty becomes clearer.

Otherwise, don't纠结 and don't be anxious.

All the fancy tricks you see are just shown to you to be seen. The more excited you get watching them, the more useless they probably are, and the more ignorant you are.

Every employee should not doubt their entrepreneurial aspirations.
