13k Revenue, GMV Up 516% WoW | Global Selling Solopreneur Weekly Report W31 (0724-0730)

My weekly meeting is currently the only truly transparent recorded content in the global selling solopreneur space.

Before starting, I want to ramble a bit. Why do I do this weekly meeting series?

Writing weekly reports is inherently anti-human nature. I really forced myself to do it at first. Why force myself? Two reasons:

Selfishly speaking, this content is unique on the entire web, with enough differentiation. I hope that with time and content accumulation, more beginners can see a sufficiently authentic startup journey. Frankly, I expect this series to bring me more traffic and followers, and more sticky followers.

I remember when I was a new solopreneur, I really wanted to find some sufficiently authentic, long-term, transparent cross-border recording content. Like many beginners, I had a naive question: I just want to know, does this thing actually make money? How? What's the investment level? How long does it take to succeed?

But no, really no, not on the entire web. Don't believe me? Search yourself.

Either people directly post performance screenshots to show off, or pure tutorials. You don't know if the performance screenshots are real. And for tutorial content, I don't know if they've actually succeeded, why should I believe them, what's their course professionalism, what stage is it suitable for, and is it suitable for a noob like me?

Second, I want to set aside the self-serving content differentiation angle and "recommend" again: an authentic, long-term, transparent practice process record may be the most valuable learning material.

What Optimization Actions Did I Take in the Past Two Weeks?

It needs to be explained that single-week performance doesn't mean much—the sample size is too small, and it could just be pure luck. But it's okay, I'll still try to share what I did as much as possible. Whether it's useful or not, I hope fans can judge and think for themselves.

1. Shipping Policy Optimization (Important)

Carefully calibrate logistics times for each region according to logistics service providers. Previous strategy was, because I lacked confidence, thinking about fearing customer complaints, I'd rather write 1 day slower than faster, leaving lots of buffer.

Now, I want maximum speed. For example, before I wrote all regions together as 4-12 business days. Now I write more precisely: UK 4-6 Business days, Canada 6-12 business days, etc.

This at least ensures UK users can clearly judge if shipping times meet their needs.

Also, starting to stock inventory slightly to truly compress shipping times. My current shipping policy still has 1-3 business days processing. In the future, with slight stocking, I'll compress this to under 24 hours.

2. Trust Badge Optimization (Important)

Mainly position and presentation optimization.

3. Various Product Copy Optimization

Won't elaborate here, everyone's situation is different.
