$17K+ Week! Real Success Stories from Solo Sellers

Great news keeps coming!

First B2B Dropshipping Partnership Secured

Still no orders yet, though. The partner is an established small online store founded in 2016, in a similar niche to what I'm doing. They seem pretty laid-back, running a curated store with other brands' dropshipping products.

B2B Dropshipping Partnership Negotiation

They reached out two weeks ago, we negotiated last week, and by Friday their products were live on my store. I offered them a 25% discount through a special code - customers use their code to order from me, and I handle the dropshipping fulfillment.

First paid link insertion deal secured for $120! Original quote was $150 per year, I negotiated it down to $120.

Link Insertion Negotiation Results

What's the value? Hard to say right now since it's not affiliate-based - pure link placement. Just wanted to test and learn.

This is an investment in learning

$120 is basically one day's ad spend, and I think it's money well spent for the experience.

Plus, I'm committed to this niche long-term

So I'll inevitably need to partner with everyone in this product and related category scenarios. No hesitation needed!

Continued Partnership Efforts

Found 2 more potential partners, currently discussing terms. Both are highly relevant to my niche.

Finally Breaking the 0-Order Streak

Four weeks straight now without a single day at zero orders. Never want to see that "zero" again!

Breaking Free from Zero Orders

Business Transition Progress Slow

Didn't make any moves last week. Want to do too many things, but actually taking action on very few. It's that fear of the unknown and procrastination tendency.

Transition Challenges

Group Members Are Crushing It!

Guys, I'm dying over here. Recently, group members keep sharing their order and explosive sales wins. It's genuinely painful for me - every time I type out "congratulations" with a smile on my face, I'm basically grinding my teeth.

Group Member Wins

But this gives me a perfect opportunity to share some heartfelt insights from successful group members.

Real Stories Are What Matter

Honestly, I feel like we've heard too much "patronizing success advice" and "hard-to-believe success stories" out there.

Your friend tells you, "I have a friend who made xxx doing xx in a month." You scroll social media and see someone post, "Explosive sales in cross-border e-commerce! Made xxx with a $500 website build!"

Success Advice Overload

Even podcasts feature "I chatted with a 00s millionaire xx director about growth secrets."

How do you feel when you see this content?

I get pretty anxious and stressed. After seeing these kinds of content become even more exaggerated and frequent, I started feeling really resistant. I genuinely don't think I can learn anything useful from them.

Then the "success gurus" on Xiaohongshu changed their angle - they discovered the pain points of people like me and updated their copy to: "Say goodbye to mental exhaustion..."

I thought maybe this would be better. Full read: "Say goodbye to mental exhaustion... make 100K+ per month doing cross-border e-commerce with zero barrier as a solo entrepreneur."

It's the same old gimmick.

Real Is What Matters Most

That's when I started sharing my real growth journey and building this community. I really hoped people could share authentically - even members who don't want to share can quietly follow those who do, seeing a真实 picture of global commerce and gaining experience from it.

Authentic Community Value

This authenticity includes the confusion and anxiety at the starting point, of course, but also the joy of achieving阶段性 "crushing it" moments.

Real Case: Complete Stranger to $900 First Order

Like the group member who just got her first $900 order last week.

Early October

She was a complete beginner asking how to transition and start a cross-border business. Everyone in the group was sharing advice. She was hilarious - changing her group ID three times in one day: "Don't Know What to Sell," "Still Don't Know What to Sell," "Can Do Overseas Warehouse."

Newbie Confusion Phase

Shows both her entrepreneurial determination and the real confusion of the beginner phase.

November 6th

She started sharing good news - just from sharing TikTok content, she was already receiving inquiries!

Last Week

She officially got her first order: $900!

First $900 Order

I think this kind of authentic sharing deserves way more attention.

The 0-1 Journey Is the Most Realistic Reference

Plenty of people (including me) still question whether TikTok actually has product conversion capabilities and decent order values. As for TikTok content online - and I'm not calling out any specific creator, I'm saying ALL TikTok bloggers are basically selling courses (haha, 99% of them!).

TikTok Conversion Questions

Plus, many beginners struggle with product selection, platform choices, traffic channel doubts, and whether they can actually build a website. They hesitate and waver back and forth.
