Last week I reached out to another brand in the industry (meaning same audience but completely different products and services), so had a small chat about brand collaboration. I provide products, they help me spread to their audience and private domain. Ah, this is the work content I really like. I really don't like the sales part. I just like to chat about collaborations, think about creativity, do traffic stuff, etc.

Before, running Pmax lost me so much I didn't even recognize my mom, but now at least it's okay. Website content optimization is most important. So decided next step is to continue optimizing, already tried buying paid templates.
This is also the suggestion I mentioned in previous content - not really recommending newcomers to mess with templates in the beginner stage. Free templates are absolutely enough to get you orders. Wait until you actually get orders and run through successfully, then you'll truly know some features really can't be satisfied by free version, then go try paid services, including paid professionals, buying professional templates or plugins, etc.

Is It Feasible to Resign and Do Global Commerce Alone?
Actually, from my attitude of "no zero orders is good news" every week, you can actually see that I don't have that happy feeling of "doing global commerce alone, passive income is so good" at all.
I don't know how optimistic those people on social media who brag every day that global commerce is so happy and so good are.
Until now, as long as I don't get orders for half a day, I'll be anxious. Not to mention other pressures: after-sales customer complaints, shipping timeliness, social media operations, etc., various messy problems.
Doing global commerce alone is really hard; multi-person cooperation relationships aren't necessarily easy either, after all personnel is the biggest cost.
So those thinking about naked resignation should be cautious. You're now just simply because work isn't happy and want to fly higher, but actually behind you you're still using many company resources - products don't need you to develop, ad money doesn't need you to pay, you just don't realize it.
You simply think doing it alone might be more relaxed and earn more, but really come out and do it alone, you'll find you have to do everything yourself, spend your own money on everything, and you'll become increasingly anxious.
Every day a few hundred or few thousand yuan in ad costs, calculated over a month it's tens of thousands. Let me ask you, if no orders, do you panic? If you don't break even, do you panic?
However, I also want to promote/share. From SEO progress sharing some of my individual seller insights, the above point is not recommending everyone to nakedly resign with wrong mindset.
But let me reverse-promote/share with everyone: doing a long-term valuable thing alone yourself, you can "feel" your growth and progress. What's more rare is that all progress, harvest and results are done by your own hands, and you'll feel very fulfilled.
I think this point for many natural-born entrepreneurs, lone rangers who do their own business, they probably can't feel this "connection between personal effort and final result."
But for most workers, this connection is simply too scarce and too yearning for.
Workers often only participate in one link. But if you're slightly humble and like self-reflection, you'll find it hard to completely attribute final results to yourself. A product sells well - is it because marketing did well? Or product development stage did well?
And when a result is bad, you can easily shift blame - say it's organization's problem, product's problem, marketing's problem, etc.
So, when I was a worker, I always found it hard to judge my real ability. Am I capable or not? Where am I capable? Where am I not capable? What results and indicators to use to measure?
Until I personally make something of my own, you can clearly feel it.
For example, SEO - I spent time researching, I learned the essence and methods of SEO, I put in effort and resources within my ability range. When I get results and they're continuously improving, at this time I can pat my chest and say, this was done 0-1 by me alone. Wait until I improve a bit more, and I dare to call myself an expert in this industry.
But when I was a worker, with multi-person/multi-department/multi-resource coordination, using boss or client resources to do this, I'm 80% without this confidence, because there are too many variables, I really don't know who or which action or strategy is the key factor.
Of course at the same time, you can also clearly realize where you're insufficient, you even find it hard to solve your deficiencies.
Tomorrow and day after tomorrow will share a discussion about individual seller ability needs. Make judgment then, it's not too late.

1. The dropshipping partner mentioned last week, more than a week, not a single order?? I suspect I was scammed. So angry! Just purely stealing my materials? Shouldn't be like that! And I saw they ran ads, and wrote my brand name. But how could there not be a single order?
