目前国内几个企业办公服务大多都提供免费的企业邮箱，比如企业微信、飞书、网易邮箱、阿里等。只是部分平台这个功能入口藏得比较深。今天和大家讲一下飞书开通企业邮箱的攻略。
Currently, most domestic enterprise office services provide free business email, such as WeCom, Feishu, NetEase Email, and Alibaba. However, the entry point for this feature is hidden quite deep on some platforms. Today, let me share the guide to setting up Feishu business email.
Step 1: Register Feishu and Create/Add Enterprise Account
Step 2: Enter Admin Panel and Find Email Product Settings
Step 3: Start Setting Up Email
Enter your purchased domain, such as @metabrandl.com
Go to your DNS (or domain) service provider and follow the prompts for DNS verification
For example, I use Aliyun, so I just add each of the above DNS records one by one.
Then return to your Feishu email settings, click verify, and it will show verification passed, continue to next step.
Step 4: Assign Email to Yourself or Team Members
Enter your desired email name, such as [email protected]
Done!
Feishu business email free version supports up to 50 email accounts per enterprise, with 5GB storage per account. This is more than enough for small teams.
Bonus: Additional Features
Public Email
If you're starting a business with multiple people, you can set up a public email. This way everyone in the group can see emails sent to this address. For example, create [email protected]
DKIM Verification
Helps prevent email fraud and spam, and improves email credibility. Just follow the steps to configure.
DMARC Verification
Google's new policy! Make changes before February 1st! Otherwise your EDM will become invalid!
If you do email marketing (EDM), make sure to configure DKIM and DMARC properly, otherwise your emails may be marked as spam or rejected outright.
