1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Max AI: Blog Canvas (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the App. You are responsible for your account security and for all activity under your installation.

3. App Services

The App provides a rich text editor for creating, managing, and publishing blog articles to Shopify storefronts, including optional AI-assisted content generation, SEO optimization, product card insertion, and appearance customization.

4. Fees and Billing

• Paid plans and charges are processed through Shopify billing.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Plan changes, renewals, cancellations, and charge approvals are handled according to Shopify billing flows.
• Add-on credits (posts and images) are one-time purchases that do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of law, platform terms, or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other merchants' data
• Upload malicious content or misuse automation in ways that could degrade service stability
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party platforms and providers (including Shopify APIs and AI language models). Availability and behavior of those services are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the App belongs to you. The App does not claim ownership of your blog articles, product selections, or appearance configurations. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion and you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before publication.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
