These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for using Max AI: Podcastify.
App Purpose
Max AI: Podcastify helps Shopify merchants import podcast episodes, render eligible podcast content on the storefront, link episodes to products, and generate blog draft content from audio.
Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Having the right to use the podcast feed, audio, images, and text you import.
- Reviewing AI-generated transcripts and blog drafts before publishing.
- Confirming storefront blocks and app embeds are configured correctly in your theme.
- Ensuring product links and published content are accurate for your store.
Storefront Playback
Storefront playback depends on podcast visibility, episode visibility, and playable audio readiness. This version does not provide paid access controls or paywall behavior.
AI Generated Content
AI-generated text may contain mistakes. Review and edit generated transcripts, previews, and Shopify blog drafts before publishing.
Billing
Paid plans and usage charges are handled through Shopify billing. Plan limits may include podcast count, storefront template access, and AI blog generation minutes.
Service Changes
Features may change as the app evolves. Documentation and changelog pages describe the current release scope.
