Though still no direct conversions, can feel some changes.
SEO: Lazy on Content, Focused on Speed
Always been lazy on content, but started learning website speed optimization. Used to get headaches seeing PageSpeed Insights stuff, couldn't settle down to research. Last week forced myself to look at every metric and find every solution.
With various efforts, finally got huge results! Previously 20-40, now stable at 60+.
Score is just one aspect for reference—the main thing is every diagnostic item was indeed optimized.
Self-Media
Self-media has been really摆烂 for a long time, this weekly report hasn't been done for ages. Because sometimes busy with other things or "enjoying life" (slacking, playing), get lazy about content.
But last week finally restarted, checked many self-media platform backends—all surprises!

- YouTube 200+ subscribers?
- Xiaoyuzhou 400+ subscriptions?
Ah, so happy.
More importantly, community quality is increasingly healthy—completely beyond my imagination.
Don't know if there are old Xiaohongshu fans who kept advising me to open WeChat groups—I absolutely didn't want to, fearing groups would become dead groups, ad groups, garbage groups.
But unexpectedly, currently 2 WeChat groups totaling 800+ people, community quality highly praised.
