These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern merchant use of Max AI Google Feed Ascend ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

The Service helps merchants create and maintain Google Merchant compatible product feeds, including optional AI assisted content generation and related diagnostics.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must have a valid Shopify store and authority to install apps for that store. You are responsible for actions taken through your store account.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide lawful and accurate product data
  • maintain rights to all submitted content
  • comply with Shopify terms, Google Merchant policies, and applicable law
  • review generated outputs before publishing where required by your business process

4. Third Party Services

The Service depends on third party platforms, including Shopify and Google. Availability and behavior of third party APIs are outside our control.

5. Billing and Paid Features

If paid plans or usage based features apply, charges are handled through Shopify billing flows. Fees are non refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • violate law or platform policies
  • submit malicious code or abusive traffic
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We may limit or suspend access to protect platform integrity and other merchants.

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store content.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, or security risk.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
